Children's Scrap Store
"The activity packs have proved a great way of supporting disadvantaged children and is especially important at Christmas, which can be an expensive time of the year. Some feedback from recipients shows that these boxes were put under Xmas trees so children at least has something to open on Christmas day."

"EFA applied to the Coreus Foundation having seen their support to local charities and wanting to engage more with local businesses. Through 2025 EFA has seen an increased demand from our partner charities for food that would otherwise be waste from supermarkets or other food manufacturers."

"Thanks to your generous donation, we were able to purchase crate seating with cushions for a whole class, a reading throne and weatherproof book boxes. These resources have transformed children's use of our outdoor areas into portable book nooks and storytelling spaces. Now, every playtime is an opportunity for children to build positive reading habits in a relaxed and joyful environment."

"We effectively utilised the funds from this grant to create an inclusive and engaging Chinese New Year celebration week tailored specifically for our pupils who have complex, severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties. This thoughtfully designed week featured a range of activities that catered to diverse abilities and learning styles. In the craft sessions, pupils participated in hands-on activities where they could create traditional decorations including Chinese dragon puppets and art lanterns, fostering creativity and fine motor skills while learning about their significance."
