The primary goal of this event is to raise funds for The Coreus Foundation, which focuses on three key pillars: Health, Conservation, and Education, all aimed at benefiting local communities. On the 11th of September 2024, Coreus is hosting its first ever charity golf day at The Bristol Golf Club to raise money for The Coreus Foundation.

On the 11th July 2024, the Exeter office hosted a games night at Winslade Park, to raise money for The Coreus Foundation.

On 30th April 2024, 20 members of the Coreus Team undertook the arduous challenge of walking 50 miles non-stop from Coreus' first home in Chard to its current Head Quarters at Winslade Park. This has been an incredible achievement for everyone involved, raising over £16,000 for The Coreus Foundation.
